A Quick Note on Pricing: We want you to have a clear picture of how our service works so there are no surprises—only delicious moments. Our pricing covers the chef’s service, while groceries are billed separately, you’ll see an estimated cost in your quote. The chef will provide a ticket for a full refund. Booking policies: A $100 USD deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Final guest count, menu selections and any dietary must be provided at least 2 days prior to your scheduled service. We accept credit cards, bank transfers or PayPal. Cash is also accepted for the final payment if arranged in advance. Cancellation policies You can cancel or reschedule a booked service 3 days before the event for a full refund. 2-1 days prior to the event 50% of the deposit will be refund. Refunds do not apply on event days. BOOKING ON HOLIDAYS A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. An additional holiday fee will be added to your final bill on the mentioned dates and required service: Dates December 24th 25th, 31st January 1st Additional holiday fees Breakfast $50 Lunch $70 Dinner $150 CANCELLATION ON HOLIDAYS • You can cancel a booked service before 15 days for a full refund. • 14-7 days 50% of the deposit will be refund. • Day of service a full service fee will be charged Event days no refunds.
